I would make a new law that every Japanese student has to study English from native teachers, from the first grade of elementary schools.I have three reasons to support my opinion. First, English is the most important skill to survive the international competition in the gravely improving globalization.Second, in the fact, the younger leaders are, the easier it is to study a new language.Third, having communications with people who are brought up in different cultures is very valuable.The new law would enable that.Consequently, the students would be able to think from various terms.
