　get A out of the way・・・A(面倒なこと)を終わらせておく
　get out of the way・・・邪魔にならないようにする
　※面倒なことが邪魔なので、どかすイメージ
C：Everyone knows [there/is/no/such/thing] as a free lunch.
　there is no such thing as A・・・Aなんというものはない
　なぜthere is such no thingではないのか
　→元々such a thing (そんなもの) というカタマリで、noが付くことによりaが消えたため。
D：A [sound/sleep/helps/you/feel] much better after a long day.
　sound・・・(名)音、音楽　(自動詞)鳴る、聞こえる　(他動詞)鳴らす、発音する　
　　　　　　　(形)健全な、しっかりとした
E：Even more [impressive/was/the/preformance/by] the children.
　impressive・・・(形)印象的な
　今回は倒置がなされている。もとはThe performance by the children was even more impressive.
　the performance by the childrenを強調するために、倒置がなされた。(何が印象的だったかを強調)
