i disagree with this opinion.
one reason is that students have to spend a lot of money on doing it. Of course government and university can help them study abroad. however, most of them have to do it by themselves.
another reason is simply risk.
it includes crime rate and the possibility of declining their japanese skill and so forth.
for above reasons, i would like to say that students should learn
a lot of things in japan.
